The Flt-3 Ligand (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant Flt-3Ligand concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for Flt-3Ligand. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human Flt-3 Ligand ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand proteins within the range of 16-1000 pg/ml.
