The IL-28B (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant IL-28B concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IL-28B. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human IL-28B ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human IL-28B proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
