The CTACK (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant CTACK concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for CTACK. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human CTACK ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human CTACK proteins within the range of 63-4000 pg/ml.
