The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for FetuinA. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human Fetuin A ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Fetuin A proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
