The GDF-15 (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant GDF-15 concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for GDF-15. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human GDF-15 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human GDF-15 proteins within the range of 8-500 pg/ml.
