The Mesothelin (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant Mesothelin concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for Mesothelin. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human Mesothelin ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Mesothelin proteins within the range of 250-8000 pg/ml.
