The TFPI (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant TFPI concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for TFPI. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human TFPI ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human TFPI proteins within the range of 16-1000 pg/ml.
