Standard Data
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for CXCL1/GROalpha. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human CXCL1/GRO alpha ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human CXCL1/GRO alpha proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
