All products are sold for research or laboratory use only, not for therapeutic procedures, diagnostics, or any other applications involving humans or animals.
Orders may be placed via our online website, phone, email, fax or postal services. All orders must clearly indicate the customer phone number, fax number, billing address, shipping address, catalog numbers, product names and quantities ordered.
Any product that does not meet the performance standards indicated in our product datasheet will be replaced at no charge to the user.
All products listed on our website are in stock, unless otherwise indicated. Domestic orders received before 2 PM (PST) from Monday to Thursday will be shipped out the same day for delivery the following day, unless otherwise indicated*. Orders received after 2 PM (PST) from Monday to Thursday or received on Friday will be shipped out the next business day. International orders will be shipped out on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Assay Biotechnology is not responsible for delays due to Customs clearance. The shipping fee will be invoiced to customers if using FedEx account of Assay Biotechnology. The handling fees are $4 for domestic and $8 for international shipments.
*Products with special production requirements may take longer than 1 business day to be received. The customer will be informed of the expected date of delivery.
Payment terms are net 30 days for domestic and net 45 days for international purchases. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payments made in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments for purchases made internationally require bank wire transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We guarantee our products 100% for treatment concentrations and tissue stated on the product datasheets located on our Website. If for any reason our product does not meet the specifications indicated on the datasheet or was unable to perform as described by us, you may request a refund or store credit memo. Assay Biotechnology reserves the right to refuse the refund or credit memo if Refund Policy conditions are not met. No returns of any type will be accepted without written consent from our Technical Support department. If you encounter any problems with the products purchased from Assay Biotechnology, please contact our Technical Support department for immediate assistance in resolving a problem or requesting a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds only apply to customers in the U.S. and cannot be guaranteed to international customers. For any problems associated with packaging or shipment error, please contact our Customer Service department. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to complete the refund process.
